Happy New Year. We look forward to your continued support this year. Thank you sincerely to everyone for your patronage over the past year. LOOPWHEELER enters its 27th year this year. Looking back, it feels remarkable that we have been able to continue focusing solely on TSURIAMI knitting for so long. When we first started in 1999, it was not easily accepted within Japan, and until around 2007 we walked a very difficult path. Early on, we were fortunate to begin working with Selfridges in London, followed by Colette in Paris, and then Jack Spade in New York, around 2000 to 2002. In 2002 we opened our store in Nakameguro, and in 2005 we moved to Sendagaya, where this year marks the 21st year of the Sendagaya store. All of this is thanks to your support, and we are deeply grateful for your continued patronage over so many years.
We would also like to express our gratitude to everyone who supports LOOPWHEELER. This includes the craftsmen of Kanekichi Industries led by CEO Minakata-san, the craftsmen of Maruwa Textile Industries who handle sewing in Aomori, and the entire Team LOOPWHEELER. It is because everyone pours their full effort into making LOOPWHEELER sweatshirts that the brand exists as it does today. Several new projects are currently in progress, and we believe they will be ones that excite you. We hope you will look forward to them. While I do not know how far I can go as I grow older, I strongly feel that by continuing to take on challenges with passion, we can create something new again. Quite simply, we will continue to make sweatshirts that you want to wear. We hope you will continue this journey with us.
