1. Shippable Countries

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Unfortunately, we currently are unable to ship to the following countries: Brazil, India, Myanmar (Burma), Russia, and Turkey.

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Japan.

Due to the restrictions from our courier and security purposes, please note that we do not deliver to U.S. Military Bases, P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (Japan): The shipping charge will be JPY 1,100 (tax incuded) for Okinawa & Hokkaido, and JPY 880 (tax included) for the other regions.

  • International Shipping: Shipping fees vary by destination and currency. The applicable rate for your country or region will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

    All orders are shipped from Japan, and any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the total amount shown at checkout. Customers will not be asked to make additional import payments upon delivery.

3. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Compliance

Domestic (Japan) Orders

All prices displayed for orders within Japan include tax.

International Orders

All international purchases made through our store are considered personal imports. Local customs regulations and restrictions may apply.

Orders placed on or after September 17, 2025, 0:00 JST are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, regardless of destination. Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are settled in advance and included in your checkout total. Customers will not be charged additional import fees at delivery.

Orders placed before this date remain under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. These shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and clearance fees collected by the courier upon arrival. If such charges are refused or unpaid, delivery may fail, and our Failed Delivery Terms will apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items they purchase comply with the import laws of the destination country. Please confirm the import laws of your shipping destination and contact local customs authorities for more details.

 

4. Shipping Method and Status

All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please note that we are unable to accommodate shipping address changes or in-store pickups at LOOPWHEELER locations.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We’re unable to accept specific delivery date or time requests. After your order has been shipped, you can adjust the delivery schedule directly with the courier using the tracking number provided.

Please note: Shipping updates and status information are managed by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for and cannot guarantee shipping status or estimated delivery times.

 

5. Cancellation & Modification

Please note that we do not accept order cancellations or modifications (including shipping or billing address changes, contact information, items, quantities, or other order details) once an order has been processed.

 

6. Prohibition of Forwarding Companies

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience directly to our customers.
To ensure this, we do not allow purchases made through forwarding companies or third-party shipping services. Orders identified as being placed using a forwarding company or similar services will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

 

7. Failed Delivery Terms

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the destination country's customs regulations, the customer's refusal of delivery, or other circumstances resulting in the package being undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering any costs related to the return. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping, handling fees, and any applicable customs or duties. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Please note that original shipping fees, duties, and taxes (including those prepaid under DDP terms) are non-refundable. Only the item(s) cost will be reimbursed.

Once a package is returned to us under these circumstances, we are unable to reship the order, and the transaction will be considered complete.

 

8. Important Note Regarding Delivery Without Signature

Our shipping carriers offer delivery management options that allow customers to set their own delivery preferences, including delivery without a signature. As delivery instructions are managed by the customer directly with the carrier, LOOPWHEELER is unable to accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after proof of delivery has been issued. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives and contacting us promptly if you have any concerns.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States will end its De Minimis exemption for imports.

To address this change, our shipping terms for the U.S. market have been updated as follows:

  • Orders placed before September 17, 2025, 0:00 JST were dispatched under our previous terms, Delivered At Place (DAP). These shipments remain subject to duties, taxes, and clearance fees collected by the courier at the time of delivery. If fees are refused or delivery fails, Failed Delivery Terms will apply.
  • Orders placed on or after September 17, 2025, 0:00 JST are dispatched under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. All applicable duties, import related taxes, and clearance fees are included in the total amount at checkout. Customers will not be asked to make additional import payments at delivery. Our Failed Delivery Terms continue to apply in all cases of unsuccessful delivery.

Please note that despite these changes, U.S. customs clearance may still extend overall transit times. We will continue to monitor developments and update this notice if there are changes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
