SASHIKO GALS — At Last, Part 1

At last, starting Monday, January 26, the collaborative sweatshirt with SASHIKO GALS will go on sale. Officially, it is LOOPWHEELER x KUON / SASHIKO GALS. This creation began with the idea of seeing what kind of expression would emerge if KUON designer Ishibashi asked SASHIKO GALS to apply sashiko to LOOPWHEELER’s katakana lettering. In addition, LW sashiko details are hidden throughout.

Within the XXXXXX, there are quite a few LW details.

The LOOPWHEELER lettering, which was the main assignment, was stitched with sashiko like this.

The back body is simple, but LW is boldly rendered in sashiko, and even the LW mark has been stitched in a charming way.

I am very fond of the sashiko on the cuffs.

The sleeves feature sashiko in this manner.

Even on the katakana name. The body is the LW360 side-gusset sweatshirt, available only in grey mélange. Sizes are M–XL in three sizes, and the retail price is 220,000 yen (tax included). It is expensive, but each piece differs slightly, making it a one-of-a-kind product. This is produced in extremely limited quantities, so if you are interested, we encourage you to visit each store as soon as possible. @Satoshi Suzuki
