LOOPWHEELER is celebrating its 25th anniversary, but so is Beams Plus. It is more than a coincidence, but I would say that there is a tremendous connection between the two.

When we were first approached, we had no idea that we would be celebrating our 25th anniversary together. I remember our first meeting was in 2005, I believe.

You started by developing a LW middle 30/8 TSURIURAKE fabric exclusively for Beams+. From that point on, I think we have challenged many things together.

I think we have grown while bringing out the best in each other.

To commemorate the 25th anniversary of BEAMS+, we have produced several sweatshirts with our best efforts. If you can see this image and it rings a bell, you are probably a LOOPWHEELER Meister.

It's called a twin layer dolman sleeve sweatshirt, which has been produced with several updates since the early days of LOOPWHEELER, using vintage vintage clothing as a reference.

Both front and back are tailored in one piece! Sewn in one stroke from the bottom of the sleeves, through the armpits to the side hems.

I imagine that these specifications were probably the result of the wisdom of pattern makers and sewing artisans in the 1930s and 1940s, when the number of sewing machines was limited and fabric widths were narrow, and they were looking for ways to efficiently produce and insert molds.

Needless to say, the absence of sewn armholes makes for a unique fit, but it is also true that you won't know until you try it on.

This image makes it look like an ordinary sweatshirt, but the real thing is quite amazing.

There is also one with a print on the chest.

Also available in navy. Of course, we also make plain navy.

And as for the material, it is a 100-nen KIMOU fabric! The most important point of this LWB+ 25th anniversary 100-nen KIMOU fabric sweatshirt is that it is made of LW Light 30/9 100-nen KIMOU fabric, not LW Middle, and is a single-layer sweatshirt, not a twin-layer sweatshirt.
