We had the pleasure of creating a special jacket for the 20th anniversary of the sushi restaurant Nihonbashi Kakigaracho Sugita. We used LW Light 30/9 TSURIURAKE fabric for the material and meticulously designed the sleeve length to ensure it wouldn’t get in the way during preparation tasks. We thought this would be particularly handy for tasks involving water. While the anniversary T-shirt features a print, we opted for embroidery on the jacket given the quality of the TSURIURAKE fabric. We hope that the apprentices will wear it and be inspired in their training.
