The high-zip hoodie made from our signature GOMASHIO TSURIAMI loopback is also now complete.

There’s only one TSURIAMI machine capable of knitting this fabric, so we can only produce it once a year—around this time—and then sell it gradually throughout the year. To our knowledge, we may be the only ones in the world able to produce GOMASHIO fabric in this way. That might explain why it’s especially popular with visitors from overseas. These days, Japan as a whole is welcoming more international guests than ever, and at LOOPWHEELER, we’re seeing a growing number of global visitors at our stores as well. We’re truly grateful for the support.

The weight is similar to our LW Light, but the texture and feel are distinct, thanks to the loop height and softness that are unique to GOMASHIO TSURIAMI loopback. Crafted with great care by the artisans at Kanekichi Industries, this fabric has a depth that’s hard to fully appreciate in photos—both color options carry a richness best seen in person.
