The final piece in our GOMASHIO trilogy is the cardigan. This is another item we only produce once a year.

Available in stores starting Wednesday, June 11 in Sendagaya, Thursday the 12th in Osaka, and Friday the 13th in Fukuoka.

The most challenging part to knit is what we call the placket—the section where the buttons are attached. When working with this fabric, even managing 30cm per hour is considered excellent progress. We sometimes call this material “TSURI Oni-Kanoko” (Devil’s Piqué) because of how incredibly dense and firm it is. The unique knit structure creates a beautiful two-tone Kanoko texture that stands out.
