Satoshi Suzuki Talks “The Journey with Kanekichi Industries” Episode 6

Episode 6 of How LOOPWHEELER Is Made looks back on our long history with Kanekichi Industries. We also work with Aigad and the TSURIAMI machine factory Wada Meriyasu, but our relationship with Kanekichi Industries has been the deepest and longest. CEO Minakata-san worked at LOOPWHEELER Sendagaya from age twenty to twenty five, which truly makes him part of our family. Thanks to his presence, we were able to deepen our understanding of TSURIAMI machines and eventually reach the point where we can knit cashmere.

For twenty six years we have continued steady research, development, and technical innovation. We want to keep moving forward so that the things we once gave up on can eventually be achieved. As mentioned in Episode 6, simply knitting on TSURIAMI machines is not enough for us. Fabric knitted on TSURIAMI machines is certainly good, but that alone is not our goal. LOOPWHEELER aims to create better things by pushing past obstacles and always moving forward.

Those who join our order sessions understand that we want to create things that do not exist anywhere else. We constantly think about making sweatshirts that bring excitement. With passion and conviction, we will continue producing TSURIAMI sweatshirts, and we would be grateful for your continued support. @Satoshi Suzuki
