We’d like to begin introducing items from the upcoming Pre-Order Event—starting with this one: the “Minakata Special” a 1st Type Trucker Jacket made from our original Hickory TSURIAMI jersey. We’ve shared more on YouTube, so please take a look if you’re interested.

You might think it looks like the same design as last year—but if you check the back view, you’ll notice the difference: it now features a T-back. Last year’s version had side pleats, but this year it’s updated with the T-back construction. This year’s version also features a new printed graphic.

As with last year, we’ll also offer a plain (non-printed) version. This fabric—what we call the “Minakata Special”—was originally developed in 2022. It’s a result of the tireless dedication of Mr. Minakata, President of Kanekichi Industries. Even among professionals in the textile industry, very few could identify this structure as a variation of TSURIAMI jersey. I wouldn’t say it’s impossible—but it’s unlikely. That’s how unique this TSURIAMI fabric truly is. We believe it’s a true “Future Vintage”—the kind of piece that may be considered vintage 50 years from now.

Available in four sizes: S to XL. The price is ¥58,000 (excluding tax), and both the printed and plain versions are offered at the same price. We hope you’ll choose the one that suits you best.
