To celebrate Steiff’s 145th anniversary, we are collaborating again for the first time since 2009—16 years in the making: Steiff x LOOPWHEELER. Today, September 5, is the Tanseikai customer event at Isetan Shinjuku. For this occasion only, Steiff Japan held a one-day exclusive pre-order for this black hoodie version. If anyone placed an order, thank you very much.

And of course, the LW mark… This bear’s name is “Classic Teddy Bear” in the Steiff lineup. It stands 25cm tall, dressed in a black tee, black zip hoodie, black sweatpants, and black sneakers. The retail price is ¥110,000 (tax included). After the advance sale at the Steiff 145th anniversary event, it will also be available at LOOPWHEELER’s three stores, likely from around November. We’ll share details as soon as they are confirmed.

In addition to this black bear, there will also be one wearing denim pants, a white tee, a gray melange zip hoodie, and white sneakers. And, for the first time, we’ll have a 70cm version—this one will be in black. More updates on these will follow… We hope you’ll look forward to them.
