• Orders valued over USD $800 shipped to individual customers (B to C) in the U.S. will temporarily not be accepted for shipping via DHL.

• This is due to changes in U.S. import policy requiring formal customs clearance for all shipments exceeding USD $800, leading to delays and increased operational impact.

What This Means for You:

• Orders under USD $800 remain unaffected and will be processed and shipped as usual.

• Orders over USD $800 destined for U.S. businesses (B to B) may still be accepted, but shipping delays are expected.

• These measures are temporary. We will update this notice as soon as the suspension is lifted.
